Only use Manual if your Sale is not on the Current Sales tab

Manual Sale

You should not have to enter a Manual Sale

You may need to create a Manual Sale when processing commission from a Referral Sale or when the Sale does not appear in the Current Sales tab.

Select the Current Return tab and select the Manual button

Examples include:

• Referral Sale commission
• Property management fees
• Commercial lease

Adding a Manual Sale

1. Click the Manual button.
2. Select the Listing Type and Category.
3. Enter the Address, then click Search and select the correct property address.
4. Enter the Sale Price and Commission Amount, then click Save.

Manually entered sales will appear in the Current Return grid, labeled as MANUAL.

Select your sale and click on the Edit button to add your Agents.
