Activity tab
You can create reminders for actions required for your sale.
Sale conditions will automatically create Sales activities.
Example
You are waiting on confirmation from the Vendors solicitor you could enter the Activity here and these will be shown in your
daily To Do List.
Activities by default as assigned to the current user, but you can allocate an Activity to any Agent on the Sale.
Docs tab
The Sale document library.

Sale top Sheet report - Proforma Statements – Solicitor statement
To produce these reports open your Sale and select the print button
All sale documents relating to a Sale are saved as PDF files under each Sale on the documents tab.
You can upload your own documents against a sale. Some offices want to upload a copy of the Sale & Purchase agreement and other sale related documents
Changes tab
Sales change are created automatically
This provides you with an audit trail of what changes, when and by whom changes have been made to your Sale. It can be very important to troubleshoot discrepancies or disputes should they arise.
When the sale status has been changed is also displayed here.
