Sometimes you need to replace the Agent on their listings.
When an Agent leaves you can Replace them on all of their listings with another agent using the Move Agent function.
Use the Move Listings button on the Staff > Listings tab.
This will replace an agent on all of their listings with another Agent.
Open the Agent that you want to remove from all Listings and select the listing tab.
Select the Agent that you want to replaced them with.
Important : this action cannot be undone
The agent will be removed from all listings and replaced with the selected agent. This will remove the selling Agent from position 1, 2, 3 or 4 on a listing.
Every listing that is changed will also be updated to all websites
If the Agent has many listings this might take some time to update all the websites
