New Business Listing

To add a new listing, open the listings page and select the New button.

Select the Business industry 

Sub category

Building Name ( optional)

If the business is located in a mall or a landmark building.

Business Name

The Business name is important. The Business name is never sent to any websites

Address

The address of the Business is important so that the website can locate the business in the appropriate location. 

Every listing must be entered with an Address

Every Listing must have an Address entered, it does not matter if you are going to market the listing with our without the address, all listing need to have an Address loaded.

Market by 

How does the Broker want to market this Business? 

Nearly all Business listings are market with No Price 

Market form

Enter a market from amount so that the business appears on websites in the correct price bracket/range..

Display Price

What do you want to display for the price? This is usually 'POA' or 'Price by negotiation'

Click on the Save button

Status Pending  

All New Listings are saved status Pending.  This is so that you can make sure that your listing has been completely entered before being marked Available or on the market.
