Activity tracking is an important aspect for running your database as well as making sure that you keep ‘on top of the things’ that you have to do. Activities are used almost everywhere in OSL. Activities can be added to your Contacts, Listings, Sales, Promotions as well as your Calendar and Staff.
OSL can record all Activities that are done in the process of securing a new listing, marketing an Available listing, open home attendees all the way through to setting the Anniversary actions for a Sold listing as well as recording you activity for audit purposes its a great motivational tool for seeing just how much your are actually doing each day.
Activities are important because they also link Listings with People and People with Listings for an user.
