Resources > Notices

Use the Notices menu to create and manage Notices and News for your team.  Notices will appear on the Notices panel when users login to OSL Office and OSL Agent home page.

Notices

When you add an Event the Events card/tile will be displayed for all users when they login into OSL Office or OSL Agent Live.

Adding a Notice  

Only admin level users can create new notices

Open Resources > Notices


Select the + button and enter the date and the Subject and the details of the Notice

Who gets to see the Notice 

Use the Show to option to only show the Notice to

  • Office users 
  • All users ( admin and agent users)

You can use the hyperlink button to add a link to your Notice or another website e.g. Zoom

  • New items 
  • Marketing rules
  • Internal office news 


The Notices card will only show if there are current Notices
