Use the blank template when you want to send an email NOT linked to a listing. You might choose this template when you just want to send a short email to your contacts database.
If you select the (No Listing) template the listing step on the eNews will not show

Appraisal campaign
Use your own message or the system email template Appraisal
This template is used to send an eNews to your database. Promoting them to fill out an online Appraisal form

Finder
This email has a link so that people can enter enter their target property requirements. After which they will receive Finder emails (matching properties)

Single Listing
This email template is used when you want to send a single listing to your contact database
Survey
The most comprehensive email campaign
This email template is used when you want to send follow up survey email. The survey will ask for the target property requirements as well as a prompt for Appraisal. (Appraisal + Finder)

eNews
This template is the most complex eNews template. That’s why we named this feature after this template. In this template, you can send out recent sales as well as currently available listings, as well as upcoming open homes in a single email.
