When adding a Sale to your EOM return they will normally be for the Full Sale amount of the commission received.
Click on the Part button when you have only received some of the commission on a Sale. Enter the amount received. Part received commission
This can occur when part of the commission is received upfront, with the remaining balance being paid much later.
For example, with apartments sold off the plan, you might receive a portion of the commission initially and the rest upon settlement.
