Alert emails for your Agents

On the Staff Alerts tab you can manage the Alert emails that the agent or admin user receives.
Alert emails are sent to your staff each day. You can configure what emails are sent on the Alerts tab. Alert emails are sent out at approx. 7am each morning.
Example check the New and Changed Listings check-box and this Agent will receive a daily new listings email
New Listings Email alert
Includes New & Changed listings sent either every day or every week as an htm email to your agents. If no New or Changed listings the email will still be sent.
All Listings within Company
If you have multiple offce's in your company, agents can choose to receive Alerts for lsitings within the company.
Agency Expiry Email Alert
When checked the Listing Agents will be sent an email reminding them that the listing agency date is about to expiry. This email will be sent 10 days before listing Agency expiry (Listing status must be Available or Conditional)
Plus when expire is tomorrow, then every Monday you will receive an email with all Agency expired listings
Unconditional Listing Email
Receive an email notification when your Listing has been made Unconditional in OSL Office. More commonly used in New Zealand.
Settled Sale email
Receive an email notification when your Listing is 4 days before sale settlement date. More commonly used in Australia.
Notes
- The Alert Email is sent using the Offices email address, if there is no office email address or the To address is the same as the From address then the from address will automatically be changed to donotreply@oslsoftware.com
- An Agent can manage their own Alerts using OSL Agent.
- Admin level users will receive Alerts for all Listings in the office
