Agent Teams allows groups of Agents to work together and share their people databases when using OSL Agent Live.
Examples might be a Wife & Husband or an Agent using a PA to their database.
Teams are setup & managed by the Agents that want to work together.

Teams are set up in OSL Agent Live by the Agents that want to work together.
How to set up a Team? -
Login into Agent Live > Settings > Personalise > Team tab.
Create a Team - Use the Create button to create a team.
The Agent setting up the team is the team Leader.
Team Rules
Decide How you want your team to operate, View and Edit Listings (or just View), Contacts and each other's Diary.
Choose how you want your Team to work together you can choose to be read only or edit access to each other’s Contacts.
Team Members
Invite members - Select the Agents that you want to invite to be members of your Team. They will receive an Email inviting them to your team. that they can accept or decline.
Things to remember…
- Each team member still owns his or her Listings and Contact database, but by being in a team you will be able to see Contacts from your other team members.
- Changes made to the database are recorded on the Changes tab
- You can only invite other current users of OSL Agent Live.
- The Team leader (the person who set up the Team) can remove a team member at anytime
- A team member can withdraw from a team at any time.
