Solicitors are used when processing Listings and Sales. They are also used when printing solicitor letters.
Solicitors are a type of contact
Listings
You should always enter a solicitor for your Vendor
Add the solicitor for your Vendor on the Listing > Agent tab
Sales
You should always enter a solicitor for your Purchaser when processing a Sale
Add the solicitor for your Purchaser on the Sale > Details tab
When you make a Sale from a Listing the Vendor and Vendors solicitor will be copied across to the Sale
