Listings tab
Checklist
Use Listing Checklist YES/NO. Turning on Checklist will display a list of Activities that must be completed before a Listing can be made Available or on the market.
Listing status
Can OSL Agent users change a listing status to Available YES/NO.
Most companies set this value to NO, this means that only Admin users can change a Listing status from Pending to Available.
Default listing display
- No Price Display – this setting lets you set the default display price when marketing a listing by No price. Whenever you select market a listing by No Price then this text will be displayed. You can still over type the display price.
- Default number of Agency days - Set the default number of days for a Sole Agency
- Default Market by option for new Listings. When entering a New Listing you can set the default for Sale by value
- Show Listing address with District/City YES/NO Address + Suburb or Address + Suburb + District/City
- Show Pending Listings to Agents - this will allow Agents to see Pending listings in the Office
- Compulsory Vendor - Select this option if all Available Listings must have a Vendor. Most companies have this set to true.
Agency Types
Usually just Sole & General are selected
Conditional Sale price
Show Conditional sale price to Agents - When a listing has a conditional contract show the Sale price to other Agents in your company This is for how a listing is marketed inside your company. Some companies do not want to show their Agents the Sale Price on conditional offers.
Open Homes tab
These settings manage how open homes are run by the agents in your company.
With this option you can set your company open home settings;
Privacy Statement
If a company Open Home privacy statement has been entered. Then the Email Privacy button will be displayed when a Agent runs an Open Home in kiosk mode.
When clicked the open home attendee will receive an email of your company open home privacy statement.

Hint: You can use the auto create button to create an example privacy statement for your open homes.
Opt out marketing checkbox
This setting will display an opt out from receiving marketing communications checkbox to open home attendees. You can turn OFF/ON here.
How did you hear about this open home?
When a visitor attends your open home you can select an option to indicate how they heard about your open home.
example: Walkin, Internet
Notes
The How did you hear about this open home options are set at a company level, if no options have been loaded then this will not display when agents are running Open Homes.
Tags tab
Tags allow you to group your listings using your own tags. If you have created some tags you will see a tag on each listing.
Tags are only used internally, for you to manage your listings they do not get exported or sent to any websites
- Tags are a way that you can group listings.
- You can search by listing tags on Listings > Search
- Tags are not displayed on OSL websites
- A listing can have more than one tag
